I did not receive what I ordered, even after explaining and showing proof I ordered a grey tunic set she stated I didn’t , and gave me the option to get a black one after sending me a blue one! She did exchange it for black but stated grey was out and these were my only two options! No refund cause according to her the issue was not her fault. The tunic set is comfortable but I ordered grey not black, so for this reason the rating is low, no apology just rebuttals and she kept calling me “love”. The clothes are good quality but the service, I didn’t have a good experience at all.
